Bentley Systems’ annual ‘Year in Infrastructure’ conference will take place on October 15-18 2018 at the Hilton London Metropole, and will be curated around the theme ‘Going Digital: Advancements in Infrastructure’.

The conference will feature nearly 70 speakers and more than 50 sessions around this theme, also featuring six industry-focused forums on more specific topics: Buildings and campuses, Digital cities, Industrial infrastructure, Rail and transit, Roads and bridges, and Utilities and water.

Delegates can expect keynotes by leading industry figures, interactive workshops, panel discussions, and product demonstrations. The Technology Pavilion will feature exhibits and presentations from Bentley Systems and partners Microsoft, Siemens, Topcon, and Bureau Veritas.

On the conference’s first day, Bentley Institute will host sub-event ‘Digital advancement academies’, which will feature presentations and discussions with subject matter experts in their areas of expertise including reality modeling, BIM strategy, and constructioneering.

The conference will also host the presentation of Bentley’s ‘Year in Infrastructure’ 2018 awards program, which Bentley says ‘aim to recognize infrastructure projects for digital innovations that improve project delivery and/or asset performance.’

Bentley is accepting project submissions for the awards until April 30.
