Registrations open, last abstract call for Locate19

By on 28 November, 2018

Graeme Kernich, CEO of FrontierSI, speaks at Locate18.

Abstract submissions for Locate19 close on Friday, and registrations for delegates are now open.

The deadline to present at Locate19 is fast approaching, with Friday November 30 being the final day to submit an abstract.

Glenn Cockerton, Locate co-convenor and managing director of Spatial Vision, said that on top of the significance that Locate has established in its years to date, the role that the event needs to fill to support the industry and professionals was changing rapidly.

“I have always considered Locate an opportunity to catch up with colleagues, meet with key clients, review the latest industry developments in our and hear the latest on relevant government initiatives,” he said.

“Increasingly though, Locate needs to do much more than this – it needs to also act as an advocate for all that our industry can achieve, reach out to our customers and the rest of the economy to demonstrate the value our industry can offer. It is this potential that Locate will deliver from 2019 onwards.”

The organisers have now opened the event for registration, with portals to book for the conference, market day and Asia-Pacific Spatial Excellence Awards dinner now open.
